Jim Sr. and Jim Jr. have a combined 50-plus years experience in the real estate business and their vast knowledge through a wide range of civic and community involvement, makes them the quintessential hometown team. He served six years on the National Association of Realtors Board of Directors, was president of the Minnesota Association of Realtors, and president and director of the Southern Twin Cities Association of Realtors. He’s had his Minnesota Real Estate License since 1968 and has seen all sides of the industry since then. He’s helped people buy and sell all kinds of homes.

Jim Jr. has served five-plus years on the Government Affairs Committee with the Minnesota Association of Realtors and served as director with the Southern Twin Cities Association of Realtors. He represents custom-home builders, Wensmann Brothers of Lakeville.

The Emond’s are consistently ranked in the top 2 percent of the nation’s real estate professionals, based on sales volume. The Emond’s both are past recipients of the Super Real Estate Agent award by the Twin Cities Business Monthly and Minneapolis-St. Paul Magazine, putting them in the top 3.2 percent of Minnesota Realtors.
